    We started by integrating the client’s primary resume sources—LinkedIn, Naukri, and their internal mailbox—into a unified system. We developed APIs to automate the process of collecting resumes from these platforms, ensuring that all incoming applications were efficiently organized in a centralized database.

  • Resume Parsing & JD Matching

    We utilized advanced natural language processing (NLP) models to parse resumes, extracting key data such as skills, experience, and qualifications. This information was then matched against job descriptions (JDs) using intelligent algorithms to identify and shortlist candidates who best aligned with the role requirements.

  • Automated Interview Scheduling

    After Resume Shortlisting, and through human feedback loop, our solution handle the scheduling of Level 1 phone interviews with shortlisted candidates. The AI seamlessly coordinated with the shortlisted candidates to check availability and send calendar invites. 

  • Feedback Collection & Decision Support

    After each interview, our AI submitted structured feedbacks of all the candidates. These data provided to the decision makers had valuable insights to support faster, more informed hiring decisions.
