Our Story

The inception of Attention.Sh is a tale of friendship, shared ambition, and a collective vision. 

Tapan Jain, our Founder (IIT Roorkee, ISB Hyderabad) had long envisioned a platform that could harness the power of AI to revolutionize enterprise operations. A techie at heart, Tapan's journey in the tech industry spans over a decade, marked by a relentless pursuit of innovation and a keen understanding of enterprise needs.

In order to start Attention.sh, Tapan reconnected with three of his closest friends- all from IIT Roorkee: Dushyant Singh Shekhawat, Amit Joshi, and Shiv Shankar. Each brought their unique expertise and a shared history of rigorous academic training and professional excellence.

Dushyant Singh Shekhawat, our Head of Technology, is a tech visionary who has been at the forefront of AI advancements. His prowess in developing robust AI frameworks and his leadership in tech initiatives made him the perfect partner to bring Tapan’s vision to life.

Amit Joshi, our Head Delivery Projects, has a knack for turning complex projects into seamless operations. With a career spanning over a decade, his strategic approach ensures that our solutions are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.

Shiv Shankar, our Head Product Manager, is the glue that binds our innovative ideas together. His deep understanding of product development and market dynamics ensures that our solutions are not only cutting-edge but also aligned with the evolving needs of our clients.

From this foundation, we have grown to a team of 40 people, each contributing more than three years of dedicated service, working tirelessly to advance our mission.
